BPI Certified Building Analyst: As certified BPI (Building Performance Institute) Building Analysts, our partners have had training in BPI's rigorous house-as-a-system approach and kept conscientiously up-to-date on certification (BPI requires Building Analysts to be re-certified every three years). As a BPI Building Analysts they are certified to conduct blower-door tests, combustion appliance inspection and repair, air quality testing including carbon monoxide detection, duct testing and airflow testing in addition to other contracting services. RESNET Certified HERS Rater: As a certified HERS rater, our partners are certified to conduct both home energy audits and home energy ratings. As per RESNET's standards, they take building science classes throughout the year, to ensure that our energy audits and home energy ratings utilize the latest science and technology to provide the best and most effective information available.
LEED AP: Our LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) has completed the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI)'s stringent, industry-leading exam and, per GBCI's standards, continues to take classes to maintain certification and to stay up to date on the latest trends in green building. The LEED program is the most prominent green building program in the country, and with a LEED AP you can be sure of a depth of knowledge, experience and expertise in green building practices.
